Today is Finally the last day of the 20% project! Our letter was a complete failure with only two clubs out of 38 to reply!!!Anyways instead of waiting for the teachers to reply we reverted to getting the information off of the school website and imputing  it onto the app. As of today our application is fully operational. Our final presentation will be next tuesday and should be AWESOME!!! Anna and I will be working on our presentation over the weekend which should include a promotional video about our app! Kulu in my point of view seems outdated and primitive so we are now working with apples Xcode that is actually very simple to use. Which is the opposite of what we had been told... Our app is not available on the app store but you can put the application on your phone by going to your web browser typing in http://myapp.is/kulu and then adding it to your home screen.

Today we are writing the letters that we are going to give to the club administrators! we were going to just email them but the school website would not let us copy and paste our mass email. sooo we printed them out .the letters contain information on what our app is and explains to the administrators that they need to email us schedules info logos etc...Over Christmas break we will work on inputing all of the information that the administers are supposed to email me. We will also work on our final presentation which is going to be INSANE!!! we are going to make an intro video "like a commercial " for our app we are using the program Envato to do this!! this afternoon I am going to put all of the letters into their envelopes and next Friday we are going to deliver them to all of the administrators!

This week I'm all alone! Anna for some reason is not here! In my opinion our update presentation went great!! Everything went smoothly except for the demo. I had to go all they way up in the lighting box room thing. so it was a little awkward when I had to go running up the loud echoey metal stairs in the middle of the presentation but other than that everything else was fine. Everyone did a great job on all of their presentations! Today my computer decided to be stupid and not work so I tried to work on the school computer,but... of coarse it would not let me log in and locked me out because of all the "invalid password entry"s . Today I figured out that Matthew is magic when he hits the on button once on my computer and it instantly turns on! Although The App Builder still would not let me log on so I have been researching and brainstorming for the app! If I ever get permission to get on MY app builder account again then I will input all of the information that I was going to do today. Happy Thanksgiving from the Koulu team !! or in this case just me
This week and next week we will be imputing clubs onto our application! we have already put a little over half of the clubs in and next week we will add the other half and then starting after thanksgiving break we will start visiting each club administrator and then input the information!
but before we do all that we have to start working on our update presentation for next thursday.
we have redesigned our logo! Anna picked out the image and I picked out the font (picture listed below). Again we are basing our presentation off Apple's keynote presentations WE ARE NOT COPYING THEM. Our presentation is intended to look sleek, modern, and simple. During our presentation we plan to interact with the audience, and do a little demo! Koulu is finally coming together and we are VERRY EXCITED!!!!! We can not wait to show our final product

we've done another software program switch! Instead of using app inventor (which is actually rather complicated) we are now using a program called ( The App Builder) this program is far less complicated, user friendly, and no coding is required. Our application is now a web app which means that you can view and navigate through our app on the internet (link posted below) Since there is no coding required all we have to do now is input information and schedules for each club. As we progress in the design we may add new features, although unclear at this time. Koulu is now working and operational! to view our progress click the link below! At this time there is minimal information on the application. However Koulu will be updated each Friday with new information until every club is accounted for. We may be able to allow students only at Fairhope to download Koulu. We are still researching this however. Next Friday is our update presentation and we can not wait to show what we have done. Our presentation will be based off of Apple's keynote presentations. Our work on our update presentation will be in the next blog.
