Today is the first day of the 20% project. Anna Cotter and I are going to begin developing a new application called Koulu this new application will act as a guide, an informer, and a personal assistant!
as for research anna and I have already begun. I have so far begun researching on apple developer.com on the expenditures that will be needed in the developing of Koulu. I  have also  found information on obtaining an apple developer account. to obtain an account you can either sign in using your current apple i.d. or create a new i.d. we are currently deciding rather to use our current account or a new one. Another topic Anna and I have been debating on is the design and profile of koulu. Apples new iOS operating system ios7 has been recently released to the public and is composed of a  completely redesigned interface. because of this we have to think of new design prospects and learn about the usage of Xcode 5 which we will have to download onto my computer. Even though iOS 7 has better developing software we both have never before made an app although on a good note my moms good friend Angie Bosarge happens to be a programer and will be able to assist us in the developing of our new app.
