We have finally begun working on developing Koulu! Instead of Xcode we are currently using a software program named app inventor.com! In this website created by MIT there is no coding needed. You just click and drag items to the screen you are working on. So far since this is the first day we have  been using this software we are just starting to learn how to use the software and by this friday we will know fully how to use the programing software. We are also  making a few changes to the app. instead of a GPS system and notification database we are going to instead have a single and simple data base holding information on school clubs and activities. Although sadly we have lost Dejon to another group. Koulu will most likely not be available for purchase in the Android or Apple app store, because to have an application published to these stores, you must submit the app to Apple and or Android. Also to have an app published on the app store requires an amount of money that we do not have. Instead of this, app inventor.com allows you to attach a smart phone to your laptop and use the app from your phone without publishing it. we will do this as our final presentation of Koulu in December.
